Have as many students fill out the
answer forms as possible (teachers too if they wish). THERE
IS NO CHARGE FOR PROCESSING A PERSON'S DATA so EVERYONE can participate.

Send us all the completed
and blank forms (Note: do not lose more than 15% of the
answer forms, if you do you will be charged 16¢ for each answer form
lost over the 15% allowed).

We will process your
answer forms within 24 hours
of receiving them. Most schools get processed
and shipped on the same
day we receive them!
